1.General
1.1
Member agrees that by using or visiting any section of our website https://www.mafabet.com or any other websites, owned by Mafabet, via TV, pc, mobile devices or any other communication mediums to access the gaming services including downloadable applications (the “Website”) and/or register on the website that they consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the (i) account registration procedures (ii) all gaming and gaming transactions (iii) our Privacy Policy and (iv) the Rules of the games (in aggregate hereinafter referred to “T&C”).
1.2

1.7
Without prejudice to clause 1 above, any reference to Mafabet’s Games in this agreement shall refer to Casino, Rush Poker, and other Games as may from time to time become available on the Website. Mafabet reserve the right to add and remove Games from the Website at its own discretion.
1.8
These T&C are published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by Member. It is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between Member and Mafabet and in case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these T&C, the English version shall prevail.
1.9
If the User opens or attempt to open more than one account, for whatever reason, Mafabet may block or close any or all of the Player’s accounts at its discretion. Should Mafabet allow member to maintain one account, it shall be the first created account with Mafabet, to which member’s remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred. Mafabet will deduct an administrative fee of 10% of the wallet balance or USD 30 (Thirty USD), whichever is the higher amount at the time of the transfer, for every account the Member opened as well as any other deductions that may apply in accordance with Mafabet’s T&C.
1.10
Age Requirement: Member must be at least 18 years old or legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use Mafabet service. It is player resposibilty to ensure compliance with the applicable age restrictions.
2. Member Account
2.1.1 Register and openning new account
To access certain features of Mafabet and participate in real-money gaming, you must create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
2.1.2
The availability of the Mafabet Website in any particular jurisdiction does not constitute an offer or invitation by Mafabet to use the services offered by the Mafabet Website. Mafabet will accept no liability whatsoever with respect to actions by players where Internet gambling is illegal and/or which is in violation of this article of the Terms and Conditions.

Mafabet reserves the right to appoint Payment Solution Providers to act, receive and/or pay funds on behalf of Mafabet.

Players is allowed to have only one Member Account on this Website. If Member attempts to open more than one Member Account, all accounts the User tried to open may be blocked or closed. If member notices that has more than one member account under difference names, member shall notify Mafabet immediately.

A request to open a Member Account is made by completing the registration form and submitting it to Mafabet. Mafabet reserve the right to refuse to open a Member Account

Member are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Member agree not to share login details or allow unauthorized access to member account. Mafabet is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of Member’s account by third parties due to member’s disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of his login details to any third party.
2.1.7
All information supplied when registered MUST be accurate. Member must enter all mandatory information requested into the Member’s registration form, in particular, member’s identity, member’s address and contact details, including a valid e-mail address, member’s place of residence, relevant payment information, all of which must be true and correct. It is member’s sole responsibility to insure that the information provided is true, complete and correct. Member are hereby notified that Mafabet carries out verification procedures, whether itself or through third parties on member’s depositing money. Member may be requested to provide Mafabet with additional documents, such as a copy of the passport, to verify member identity. Member’s Account may be blocked or closed if does not provide the requested information or documents or if such information or documents member supplies is/are found to be false or misleading.
2.1.8
As part of the registration process Player must choose a username and password to be able to login into Mafabet. It is member’s sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that the login details are kept securely.
2.1.9
Member is not allowed to transfer funds from member’s Account to other member or to receive money from other member into the Member’s Account.
2.1.10
Selling / transferring and/or acquiring of accounts to / from other member is always prohibited.
2.2 Deposit and payment
Member may only participate in any Game if sufficient funds in the Member’s Account. Mafabet never gives member any credit whatsoever for participation in any Game.
2.2.1
All information required to deposit funds into the Member’s Account, can be found under “My Account” and “Deposit” pages of the Website. Member can use any of the methods available to him as specified in these pages as may be amended from time to time. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries.
2.2.2
Depending on the method selected, deposits may incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, see “My Account” and “Deposits” for each deposit method. Member’s bank may independently charge for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment.
2.2.3
Mafabet accept payments in multiple currencies. Member must choose one currency as the currency of the member’s Account. Any payments received by Mafabet in a currency other than the one chosen by member will be converted into the currency chosen at the prevailing exchange rate. Any exchange premiums are to be paid by member.
2.2.4
When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, member’s funds are credited when Mafabet receive an approval and authorization code from the card’s issuing bank. Should Mafabet not receive such approval and authorization code member’s account will not be credited with those funds.
2.2.5
Mafabet reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify member’s identity when effecting deposits into the Member’s Account.
2.2.6
Credit balances in the Member’s Account will not bear interest.
2.2.7
Mafabet operates Member’s Account, calculating the amount of money member has staked or offered to stake on a bet, which represents member’s potential exposure at any time (“Reserved Amount”) and calculating member’s “Available to Bet” balance, from time to time, as well as settling bets made by member with other member’s through member’s participation in the Games.
2.2.8
The amount of money in the Member’s Account which has not yet been staked on a matched bet is member’s “Available to Bet” balance and will determine member’s betting limit.
2.2.9
Mafabet´s calculations of member’s “Reserved Amount”, “Available to Bet” balance and amounts owed by member under the terms of this agreement will be final and, in the absence of any manifest error, will not be subject to any enquiry or investigation.
2.2.10
Mafabet is allowed to set off any losses against any gains.
2.2.11
Any deposit made by member into the Member’s Account will be held for member’s use until member places a bid for a bet, or accepts a bet on the Website. Mafabet then hold the amount staked awaiting the outcome of the Bet.
2.2.12
When member has placed a bet on Mafabet’s website, Mafabet will hold the amount staked awaiting the outcome of the Game, and declare a winner. At this point the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled nor can any amount held by Mafabet as a stakeholder be withdrawn.
2.2.13
When the outcome of a Game member participates in becomes determined or where Mafabet has confirmed the relevant result of an event and settled the markets, all winnings will be held for the use of the Member’s Account.
2.2.14
If Mafabet mistakenly credits member’s account with winnings that do not belong to the member, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of Mafabet and the amount will be transferred from Member’s Account. If prior to Mafabet becoming aware of the error member has withdrawn the funds that do not belong to him, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by member to Mafabet. In the event of an incorrect crediting, member is obliged to notify Mafabet immediately by email or any customer support team.
2.2.15
Mafabet will carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of USD2,500. Nonetheless, Mafabet reserve the right to carry out any such verification procedures in case of a lower payout to member.
2.3 Withdrawals from Member’s Account
2.3.1
Member may withdraw any amount up to the “Available to Bet” balance in Member’s Account by issuing Mafabet with a valid notice of withdrawal on the Website.
2.3.2
Notices for withdrawals must be made via the Website. Mafabet will not accept withdrawal demands made by telephone or by electronic mail. Employees of Mafabet are not permitted to bypass these instructions.
2.3.3
For member protection, in any twenty-four hour period, member may only withdraw the maximum amount of USD 5,000 unless a larger amount has been agreed by prior arrangement.
2.3.4
Mafabet offer a wide range of withdrawal methods. Withdrawals can incur charges depending on the selected method. Any winnings above the amount can be withdrawn through the method chosen by member for deposit. Information on the current fees for withdrawals is found on “My Account” and by clicking on “Withdrawals”. In addition, member’s own bank may add a further handling charge. These charges may vary over time.
2.3.5
Mafabet reserve the right to credit member back using the same method as that used by member when depositing and request identification documents for all withdrawals.
2.3.6
Upon requesting a withdrawal of winnings exceeding USD100,000, Mafabet reserves the right to payout the requested amount incrementally over 10 consecutive months, with one payout each calendar month.
2.3.7
In the interests of fair gaming, member’s play will be reviewed before withdrawals are processed for any irregular or unusual playing patterns including but not limited to, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting for play-through requirement purposes. Should Mafabet deem that irregular game play has occurred, Mafabet reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses.
2.3.8
For Cash deposits and winnings, member needs to wager 1 time before requesting for withdrawal. Should member choose to do this, member may only withdraw the amount that he deposited, which may or may not have triggered a bonus award, under the terms that the entire bonus sum remains on account or may be withdrawn by Mafabet. For example: Member deposits USD20 and Mafabet offer a USD20 as a deposit bonus. There is then USD40 in member’s account. Before meeting the wagering requirements, Member may wish to withdraw their deposited amount (USD20). Mafabet will then retract the bonus and any winnings or losses before the withdrawal can be approved. If member has already gambled part of the total balance on the account, member can only request a withdrawal of the remaining amount after the bonus sum has been returned to Mafabet. Mafabet reserves the right to refuse or void any bonus offered to any member for reasons including but not restricted to, abuse by member.
2.3.9
It is a precondition for the processing of withdrawals which cumulatively exceed USD 2,500 that member provides Mafabet with a copy of member’s valid passport or official identity card (confirming identity and age) and a recent utility bill in the member’s name and dated less than 3 months old (confirming place of residence). In the case of deposits via credit card, member may be requested to submit a copy of the front and back of the used credit card showing only the first six and last four digits on the front, and hiding the CVV2 number from the back.
2.3.10
Mafabet additionally reserves to right to request the documents for any account holder who has requested a withdrawal of any amount below USD 2,500.
2.3.11
Withdrawals to credit / debit card are not possible to Visa or Visa electron and Mastercard.
2.3.12
In line with the applicable laws, Mafabet will remit amounts only to the same account from where the funds paid into member’s account originated.
2.3.13
The minimum payout amount is USD10. For payouts under USD50.00 (fifty USD) Mafabet reserves the right to charge a transaction fees.
2.3.14
Mafabet reserve the right to restrict payouts to USD10,000 per week.
3.Member’s obligations as a player
3.1
Member confirms that you will use this Website and Member Account solely and exclusively for the purpose of the member’s genuine participation in the Games and not for any financial or other operations. Member’s participation in the Games will be strictly in the member’s personal non-professional capacity and used for recreational and entertainment reasons only.
3.2
Member is solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any gaming taxes applicable to him and payable to the applicable regulatory authority under relevant laws for any winnings that the User receives from Mafabet.
3.3
Member confirms that all funds that the member deposits into the Member Account are not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, do not originate from any illegal activity or source.

Member understands that by participating in the Games the User takes the risk of losing money deposited into the Member Account.

Member shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to the member’s or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for the member’s participation in any of the Games. Mafabet hereby reserves the right to invalidate or close the Member Account or invalidate the member’s participation in a Game in the event of such behaviour.
3.6
In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from the Member’s Account, member shall only use credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to him.
3.7
The computer software that Mafabet make available to member is the property of Mafabet or any other third parties or partners of Mafabet and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Member may only use the software for member’s own personal, recreational uses in accordance with all rules, terms and conditions hereby established and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
3.8
Games played on Website should be played in the same manner as games played in any other setting. Member shall be courteous to other memebrs and shall avoid rude or obscene comments, including but not limited to chat rooms.
3.9
If no transaction has been recorded on member’s account for twelve months the Member Account shall be deemed to be inactive. In such a case, after sending appropriate notification to the player on the 11th month, Mafabet will deduct USD5.00 per month administrative fee from the member’s account. If, after Mafabet have begun charging member’s account with the Administrative Fee, and before member’s account becomes dormant, member starts playing on your account, Mafabet will refund to member account the administrative fees charged. In order to obtain a refund of administrative fees member is expected to play and wager funds on the account and not solely by logging in. In such a case member is requested to contact customer support. In the case where member account is inactive for 30 months, therefore a log on has not been performed within the last 30 months, Mafabet shall close member’s account.
4.Responsible gaming
4.1

5.Mafabet Reward Program
5.1
Mafabet reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of Mafabet’s Reward Program at any time and without prior notice. 8.Limitation of liability
8.1

9. Anti-money laundering reporting
9.1
If member becomes aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games of the Website, member must report this to Mafabet immediately.
9.2
Mafabet may suspend, block or close the Member’s Account and withhold funds if suspicions of money laundering occur in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
9.3
Any suspicion of money laundering taking place through the Website shall be reported to the authorities for further investigation. Any funds due to the player may be confiscated by the company or transferred to the authorities.
10.Breaches, penalties and termination

11.Intellectual property
11.1
Mafabet is the sole owner of the trademark Mafabet and the Mafabet logo. Any unauthorised use of the Mafabet trademark and the Mafabet logo may result in prosecution.
